  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service once the package has been dispatched.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on our handmade cookies.

  • If your package arrives damaged, we recommend filing a claim directly with Royal Mail. Please retain the packaging and damaged items as evidence for your claim.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact Royal Mail directly to initiate a claim. We are happy to provide support by offering tracking information and details related to your order.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

  • To maintain the quality of your cookies, store them in a dry place, away from moisture, at room temperature.

  • Best consumed within one month from the baking date.
